A good 345 of 365 days, 2020 was Hell, and the last day of the year proved no different. Yesterday We lost a Hip Hop Legend in MF DOOM.

The Masked lyricist and producer may be your favorite rapper’s favorite rapper. I always found inspiration in his way to keep his true identity lowkey and build a character lyrically using nostalgia and cartoons and comics and karate and so many other things that remind me of my youth and rap before it was a industry built around rappers instead of music and lyrics. DOOM’s bars are timeless I can hear MMM… Food and rap bar for bar any song anytime, anywhere. Its crazy how music can transport you to a time in your past or sit time still completely. Kinda sucks how sometimes you realize this once the artist is gone. Thank you for the contribution to the culture, the inspiration, the style, and the music.
