Thee Booth Experience: Black History
This Black History month I decided to jump into my interview bag and start a series of One on One interviews with like minded individuals from the DMV area starting with my brother Devonte “Black” Young of Enspire Streetwear and a number of other businesses he runs. Black and myself go back 20 plus years from High school Basketball teammates, to working together on our respective brands, and now continuing to create our own legacies.
Washington Leadership Academy Media Director
I took on the role of Media Director, focusing on Content Creation, Media Coverage for all Sports and School Events, as well as teaching a course on Photography, Videography, Media Literacy, as well as Content Creation to students who have an interest in the Media field. A new creative leadership program that is already impacting the lives of the students here at Washington Leadership Academy.
Coming Home Again…
There’s nothing in this world like attending an HBCU, specifically The Illustrious Morgan State University! A true National Treasure!
Wealth Summit Live 2025
This past weekend Thee Booth Experience sponsored the 3rd Annual Wealth Summit Live in Downtown Baltimore. This is our second year being apart of this amazing black wealth empowering event hosted by Raven and Tony Parker.
Mystics HBCU Night in Thee Booth!

Jamaica
Ash and I went to Jamaica. Our first vacation in over a year, a whole week without our boys, and spending it at an all inclusive resort in Montego Bay. First time spending my birthday out the country. 37 years old on August 23rd, and for my birthday I decided to drop the latest #PurpleLabel release from GoonMilk as well.
Year One Done
My first year as a Dedicated Aide is in the books! I want to thank my Kids first and foremost, the Staff at WLA and the Allicock Group for trusting me. Can’t wait to see what next year holds whether it be a new position at the school or another year as a Dedicated Aide and assisting with coaching at WLA.

Hurry Up Haven
Ash and I hosted our second Baby Shower/Halloween Party for Haven this past Sunday! Our second baby boy will be here end of the year/beginning of 2025 and it was only right we run back the costume party. Major thank you and appreciation to everyone who sent gifts, showed up, dressed up, and showed out for us! We are nothing without our Village!

As 10 Million plus of you know, or may not know my ID photos recently went viral on the internet lol. My 2018 and 2024 IDs caused a frenzy of hilarious commentary on Twitter first and then IG this week. From “he’s a crackhead” to “the difference between doing weed and doing coke”, to “Thats what living in Maryland will do to you”. All quite hilarious to me and those who know me, but I’d like to give some background on the actual factuals.

Tonight is the second installment of “Aligned” an Industry Mixer for the DMV artists to come collaborate, hear each others music and vibe out to the sounds of DJ Bri Mafia and Trilla Kay powered by 4TheDMV! Of course I’ll be there operating the photobooth and food by Chefe! First Aligned night was a banger! Literally my best night to date at the alumni working the booth. Much appreciation and respect to Bri for orchestrating these events, you forever Gang as far as I’m concerned.
