My first week back on social media has been eventful to say the least.

This year I’m starting off with GoonMilk messages of the day! Inspiration that gets me motivated and hopefully lights a fire inside some of you! Sometimes it’s not what people say but who says it, So instead of me preaching on my imaginary pulpit of positivity here’s some influential people and clips everyday to help you get out of those negative situations!
Gratitude
First and foremost I want to express my gratitude to my family and my mom especially! Not only is she the strongest person I know but also the most positive influence in my life and for that I thank you immensely!

No matter what you been through, no matter how down you feel, no matter how bad you’ve messed up, you still have value! You can still get out of any negative situation! You are still worthy!
Sunday’s Best
I always think it’s dope shining light on black folk in the fashion industry. Courtney Mays has been a top stylist for years now and Chris Paul’s personal stylist. One of many stylist taking the NBA by storm. Ten years ago what NBA players wore to their games and press conferences were atrocious, now it’s big business.
Consistency!
My biggest focus right now is staying consistent. Choosing to do the same routine and building a lifestyle around working hard for my goals and business. This past month has been nothing but consistency!
10 years, 10 ten toes down!
Today is one of my oldest and closest friends Birthday’s. My good man Terrance turns 31 today! We went from going to Middle school together and then College at Morgan as well. Every single week was a lituation and we really ran the streets doing whatever we wanted.
GoonMilkTV vol.14 GANG Ties
Xmas for the past atleast 6 years has been lit thanks to my bro bday kickbacks! The Gang pulls up to HQ, we gather around the fire and just enjoy another year of friends, family, and good times. Fogues Bday/Xmas eve kickback is tradition, even though half the gang is in Cali now and he’s probably only in town a week I knew I wasn’t missing seeing my guys this year.
Keeping the Same Energy
After a month of focusing on my own personal growth and solitude from social media, friends, and distractions I have found peace and a certain calmness in not bothering people and not letting them bother me. I’ve become more consistent with my business and clientele as well as crushing personal goals in just a month’s time that I thought were farfetched and unattainable.
Time to Grow
I stumbled upon this gem of a band, Free Nationals last week and have been playing their debut self titled album ever since. If you’re not hip they are Anderson.Paak’s band I suggest you download the vibe as soon as possible.

G.O.O.N.S. Dont Die, We Multiply
Tomorrow the second Cartoon Capsule collection will release. An ode to one of my favorite movies as a kid, “Bebe’s Kids”. Putting a spin on the movie’s motto “We Bebe’s Kids we don’t die, we multiply” and using hand drawn characters by my bro Mike Mike he did for me a few years ago.
3rd Annual Zelf on the Shelf!
Extremely proud of my cuzzo Azel Prather Jr., he’s hosting his third annual “Zelf on a Shelf” this Friday along with a self care day for his KIPP students where Barbers, Beauticians, and nail techs are coming into the school to give the kids makeovers for christmas! Last year he raised enough money through social media to get gifts for 340 students at his school. Surpassing the 26 kids he actually teaches. Zel was also featured on channel 9 News this passed weekend giving him even more of a spotlight for his The Prather Foundation and what he does everyday for those kids.
Ugly Xmas Sweater SZN
Yesterday I had the pleasure of creating a Ugly Sweater for my Good men Nick and Hoffa of Stamped Mob. They throw lit ass functions every month so I usually get to print customs for them all the time. This instance was just hilarious because on one hand I have creative free will to create for Nick, and on the other I got Hoffa getting me to create possibly the funniest ugly sweater I’ve ever seen! Ill let you guys be the judge of that though.
